(Data controller) sets the conditions for the processing of customers’ personal data in these privacy rules. The recipients of the services provided by Pirkzaisla.lt and the buyers of goods are natural persons (data subjects), therefore greater attention and care is required when processing personal data.

Pirkzaisla.lt may not delete personal data if there is a legitimate interest in keeping them.
Customers have the right at any time to withdraw their consent to the use of data for which they have consented to be processed for certain purposes.
Pirkzaisla.lt may not create the conditions for data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, when, in cases provided by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
Storage of personal data
The personal data of Pirkzaisla.lt customers will be stored during the period of service provision and for another 2 (two) years after the date of order fulfillment and/or the date of data receipt. The concluded contracts are stored for 2 (two) years after the date of execution of the contract, after the end of the contract or its termination. Personal information will be deleted after 2 (two) years. Data used on the basis of consent are stored until the data subject revokes (withdraws) his consent to the processing of this data for the specified purpose.
Personal data may be stored anonymously for research purposes.
In the event of a dispute, personal data is stored until the dispute is resolved.
