RETURN POLICY

WARRANTIES OF GOODS

  • The seller declares that the goods meet the usual quality requirements for these goods. The general characteristics of each item sold in the store are listed in the item description attached to each item.
  • Inconsistencies in the goods must be minimal due to the characteristics of the display, and the goods must correspond to the real models, shapes and colors of the goods in their color, shape or other parameters. Also, the goods must be properly labeled.
  • The seller is not responsible for the deterioration of the quality of the goods, if the customer or persons to whom the customer transferred the goods used them for purposes other than those for which such goods are normally used, did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, storage, use and / or storage of the goods, as well also, if the packaging of the goods or other external defects are visible, were not discussed in writing during the transfer of the goods, or the deterioration of the quality of the goods is caused by the actions of the customer or other persons to whom the customer sold the goods.

RETURN OF GOODS

  • Defects in the goods sold to the customer are removed, low-quality goods are replaced and returned based on the provisions of the “Retail Trade Rules. It should be noted that in accordance with the provisions of point 25 of the Retail Trade Rules, the goods sold to the consumer in accordance with consumer purchase-sale distance or off-premise contracts are returned to the Civil the procedure established in Articles 6.228 10  and 6.228 11 of the Code  .”
  • Paragraph 6 of Article 11 of the Civil Code 6.228  provides that the consumer is only responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the entrepreneur assumes these costs under the contract or when the entrepreneur has not properly informed the consumer that these costs will have to be covered by the consumer.
  • The seller accepts the goods from the customer, if: the product is unused, has not lost its commercial appearance and has not been damaged by the customer, is presented in the original, neat packaging, the complete set of the product is returned, the customer provides the document of purchase of the product.
  • The product will not be exchanged, defects will not be removed free of charge, and money will not be refunded if the product’s defects were caused by the customer’s violation of the rules for using or storing the product.
  • In order to return the product(s) based on the first point of the rules on the return of goods, the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer by informing the seller using email to [email protected], specifying the name of the returned item, the order number and the reason(preferably with photos attached) for the return.
  • High-quality, made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
